Devshree Industrial Solutions Carrying Out tests, examinations, inspections and certification of applicable equipment used in the factory in accordance with the provisions of The Factories Act, 1948 and the Rules under it in Maharashtra Factories Rules as per the rules given below.

1) Section 28 : Lifts and Hoists

2) Section 29 : Lifting Machines, Chains, Ropes, Lifting Tackle

3) Section 31 : Pressure Vessels & Plants

Mr. Prajesh Pawar is the President of Devshree Industrial Solutions and Mrs. Purva Pawar is the Managing Director of Devshree Industrial Solutions. He and his team set up pimpri – Chinchwad on September 30, 2017. Shri prajesh pawar has been recognized as a competent person in the Factories Act 1948, State of Maharashtra for testing, examination, inspection and certifying all the equipments such as Lifts and hoists, lifting machines chains, ropes, lifting tackles, pressure vessels lifting used in the factories in the state of Maharashtra. AS well as Also during inspection, in order to increase the legal compliance of the factory under the Factories Act, 1948, the conditions arising after the approval of the factory layout, stability certificate, Hazop Study, Safety Audit, Hazard Assignment and risk analysis by, Maximum Credible Loss Scenario (MCLS) such safety assignment are fulfilled. After fulfilling all these, the license application of the factory is done. Once in the factory, after getting the factory license, like the calendar that comes after some time, the legal requirements are legal requirements. It is complemented by Devashree Industrial Solutions.
